Modern homes shaped by geometry, terrain and light.
Form and Frame Foundry creates warm, design-forward homes that blend modern comfort with the quiet beauty of pine country. Built on large wooded lots near Prescott and Northern Arizona, each home is designed to feel connected to the landscape while remaining practical, efficient, and livable for everyday life.

Large windows pull in natural light and frame the outdoors. Thoughtful floorplans create open, functional spaces that feel calm and intentional. Clean geometry, durable materials, and modern systems work together to create homes that are distinctive without feeling excessive.

Founders Story

From Legacy Dream to Family Business

Form and Frame Foundry was founded by Abe Camacho and Erin Bodine-Camacho after originally envisioning their first property as a long-term family legacy retreat in the pines of Northern Arizona.
As the vision evolved, so did the opportunity. What began as a personal design passion project became the foundation for a new design and development company focused on creating modern homes with architectural character, warmth, and purpose.
Abe brings decades of experience in industrial design and user interface design, where he developed products, systems, and experiences centered around functionality, usability, and thoughtful execution. That same design philosophy now shapes every Form and Frame home — balancing aesthetics, efficiency, and livability.
Erin brings the perspective of an educator and lifelong learner, helping shape the company’s grounded and human-centered approach. Together, they are building a family business rooted in creativity, curiosity, and meaningful spaces.
